Davies returns from briefing. “A fleet of pirate Kestrels has overtaken our defense perimeter where we were the weakest”, Davies says. “There are a lot of them. I think the retrieval of the spy really ticked them off, because this is a full frontal assault. Most of their fleet is on it’s way. If you enjoy a good battle, this is one for you. We must eliminate the entire fleet, but unfortunately most of our warships are still on patrol, in case the pirates try to follow up this first assault. We have this fleet where we want them. If we can destroy it, it will put a serious dent in their war effort. Buy you a beer when we’re done!”
